Vice President Leni Robredo mayroon muling patutsada laban sa administrasyon ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte. Sa isang panayam kamakailan lamang, sinabi ni Robredo na bilang isang Pilipino ay mayroon siyang karapatan na punahin ang mga ginagawa ng gobyerno at ipahayag ang kaniyang mga minumungkahi.
Ani Robredo,
"Kahit hindi ako VP, kahit ordinaryong mamamayan lang ako may karapatan akong ipahayag yung aking mga mungkahi. May karapatan akong mag-crit1cize if I need to crit1cize, kasi yun yung demands ng pagiging Filipino ko. Ang demands sa akin as a Filipino ay maging bahagi, maging bahagi ako sa nation building."

Sinabi din ni Robredo na pinili niyang manahimik ng ilang buwan ngunit dahil sa nakikita niyang mga pagkukulang ng gobyerno, pinili niyang magsalita na kahit pa man alam niya na siya ay aatakihin na naman ng mga trolls dahil sa pagpuna niya sa pamahalaan.

Saad pa ni Robredo na gagamitin niya ang platform niya bilang Bise Presidente para magsalita dahil alam niya na hindi naman lahat ng Pilipino ay nabibigyan ngayon ng pagkakataon na magsalita at ilabas ang mga hinanaing nila.

"I know I would be crit1cized for it. I know I would be att4cked by trolls but I think my bigger responsibility at stake and many people are not given the opportunity, so I will use my platform as VP to speak out."
